We couldn’t do it without them

A couple of weeks ago I attended the annual GVMH Auxiliary Awards Banquet.  Our organization provides exceptional health care services and one critical contributor to our ability to provide service is our Auxiliary.  This past year alone our Auxiliary donated 40,214 hours of service and since 1975 they’ve donated 779,942 hours of service.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated group of Auxiliary, led by Pam Crump, who donate their time and talents to our efforts to meet the health care needs of the communities we serve.  I look forward to the banquet each year and each year I’m amazed at the time so many give to help all of us who work at GVMH do a better job and provide great care for our patients.

I won’t be able to list every volunteer who was recognized and I don’t want to risk leaving anyone out but I do want to acknowledge those who have provided more than 10,000 hours.

11400 Annette Meyers 11,400 hours

11900 Lila Beland 11,900 hours

14200 Rebecca Steyer 14,200 hours

14300 Linda Brooks 14,300 hours

15100 Helen Hail 15,100 hours

Not pictured is Mrs. Pat Kampmann who has donated 22,500 hours of service over the years.

Thank you to all of our Auxiliary, whether you’ve provided 1 hour of service or 22,500 hours, you’ve made a difference and we couldn’t do what we do without you!
