It’s game time

September 13, 2013 marks the first home football game of the year for Clinton High School.  The game will be the first played on the new synthetic turf.  The turf is the first step in an extensive renovation of the stadium.  New ADA bleachers, a new field house with concessions, locker rooms and ADA restrooms, a cosmetic renovation of the press box, improved lighting, a new all-weather track and new field event locations are all part of the renovation.

Here’s a “Cardinal’s eye” view of the new field turf.  You can see the field event (long jump, triple jump) locations between the field and tennis courts.  The field surface will host both football and soccer as well as serve as a practice facility for other events.
