Health Care; helping a sick economy recover

All signs point to the U.S. continuing a steady recovery from the recent recession and it appears health care is good for the sick and a sick economy.

With all the talk about health care reform and the need to slow health care price growth, one of the overlooked items has been health care’s contribution to the economy.  The two graphs make it easy to understand:
