Thanks guys

Unless you’re hibernating in a cave you know that we had a fairly significant snow event on Thursday.  When we have measurable snow accumulation the health care business grinds to a halt.

Many of our services were cancelled in the interest of patient and staff safety and even those outpatient services that were able to remain open saw high rates of no shows and cancellations.

There is one group of hospital staff who work extra hard when the snow hits and that’s our Engineering Staff.  The guys in Engineering do a great job clearing the parking lot and sidewalk.  They suffer through the cold and the snow so our patients, and their co-workers, will have safe passage in and out of the facility.  They were even so kind as to dig out cars and escort staff across slick parts of the parking lot.

Thanks guys, we recognize and appreciate your hard work!
