GVMH Rehab to hold medical equipment drive
To celebrate National Rehab Week, GVMH Rehab and Wellness will give back to the community by holding a durable medical equipment drive September 19-23.
Donations can include walkers, wheelchairs, canes, crutches and other assistive equipment, such as reachers, shower benches, grab bars, gait belts or post-surgery ice machines.
Donations can be dropped off at GVMH Rehab and Wellness, either at 1200 E. Ohio in Clinton or 1771 Commercial St. in Warsaw.
All donations will go to West-Central Independent Living Services (WILS) for redistribution to patients in need of the equipment. WILS is located in Warrensburg and serves the counties of Henry, Benton, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis and Saline.
