What to blog

I’m really not sure…I don’t have a specific topic for this blog so my intention is to begin typing and see where it goes…

I haven’t done a blog about my son for a while, not because he hasn’t given me great material but because his stories are getting more complex and it’s difficult to share a complex story in the few paragraphs you care to read.  My son’s now 30 months or 2 and one half years.

At what age do you transition from months to years.  I mean, I could tell you that I’m 463 months or I could tell you that I’m 38 years.  Isn’t it easier to understand that I’m 38 years old.  My son’s 30 months or 2 and a half years, both are easy to understand but where’s the break point.  At what age do we transition from talking in months or even half years to years.  I don’t know many adults who declare their age to  be 40 and one half years.

You know what else is confusing, medical billing.  Do you understand your statement from the hospital – me either and I understand a lot of stuff about a hospital.  The statement shows charges, adjustments, co-pays and a balance.  What is all that stuff.  Why is that health care is the only service you purchase where what your charged isn’t what you pay?

I know the answer and I think I’ll blog about it.  Wow, just like that I finished a blog and got a topic for a future blog.  See, this blogging stuff isn’t so hard…
